We’re currently making efforts towards expanding the Dhamma Pala Vipassana Centre (Bhopal) infrastructure. This expansion plan will be of great benefit for old and new students alike and is a great opportunity to earn Pāramī.

The center has been receiving a growing number of applications for the courses, with some courses, such as the 10-day course, receiving more than 350 applications. Many of these applicants are new to Vipassana meditation.
However, due to limited capacity, we can only accept a fraction of these applicants. This means that many people who are eager to learn Vipassana are unable to do so. Some of these applicants have applied multiple times but have not yet been confirmed for a course.
With accommodation capacity limited to 40 male & 30 female students, Dhamma Pala is currently able to accept around 1700 applications per year.
Proposed initiative
Dhamma Pala Vipassana Center is working towards expanding it’s infrastructure to include more accommodations, dhamma hall and more so that it can accept more applications and help more people discover the Vipassana technique.
The proposed expansion plan and its cost estimates are as follows:

Post this development, the increased capacity will allow Dhammapala to serve around 2700 students per year.
Current Status
The construction has already begun with the help of donations from Old Sadhaks like yourself.

The expansion plan is estimated to cost around ₹4.79 Crore.
